Legal Series Workshops
The How-To Legal series includes 8 comprehensive workshops delivered by a solicitor with years of credit union experience. Each workshop, with the exception of the Registered Plans, is approximately 3.5 hours in length and includes guidance notes and completed sample documents.

About Our Facilitator
Penny Lynn Rintoul is an associate with the RZCD Law Firm LLP. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Studies in 1987 and received her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in 1991. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1993. Penny worked with a limited- market securities dealer and a franchisor before moving to Credit Union Central of Ontario in July 1995 as Legal Counsel. Penny focuses on providing advice on share offerings information, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory issues affecting the Ontario credit union system and provides legal advice to credit unions on general corporate matters. Penny has been a valued Level Five instructor/facilitator for over 10 years.
